How It Works

The elia Friends Program is our way of giving back to those who support elia every step of the way.

By registering as a member, you automatically become an elia Friend and begin earning exclusive reward points.

Every share, every purchase marks the journey we move forward on together,

and each action is transformed into points and members-only benefits.

Note: If the password reset email does not arrive after clicking “Forgot your password?” your account may not have a password set yet. Please go back to the registration page to register again and create your password.

How to Earn Points

After joining elia Friends, you can earn points through the following ways:

• 100 Points upon successful membership registration
  
  
• Points from purchases
  
  NT$1 spent = 1 Point
  
  
• Instagram sharing rewards
  
  Earn 1,000 Points by sharing elia products on Instagram and tagging the official account
  
  The Instagram account must be public, the content must clearly feature elia products and tag the official account
  
  Points will be granted after verification
  

Membership Tiers

The elia Friends Program consists of three tiers, based on cumulative spending.

Once a tier is reached, it is valid for life.

Point Redemption & Usage

• Points can be redeemed for selected products or discounts
  
  
• After redemption, a reward voucher will be issued
  
  
• Please visit “Gift Rewards Collection🎁”, add the redeemed item to your cart, and the system will automatically deduct the total to NT$0 at checkout
  
  
• Reward vouchers must be used within one year
  
  
• Expired vouchers will be invalid and will not be reissued
  
  
• Points are for personal use only and may not be transferred, combined, exchanged for cash, or refunded
  

Points Issuance & Returns Policy

• Points from purchases will be issued after the order is completed
  
  
• If an order is returned, the points earned from that order will be deducted accordingly
  If the points have already been used, they will be deducted from future accumulated points
  

Additional Notes

• If points are obtained through improper means — including but not limited to abnormal transactions, malicious returns, false sharing, or any actions that compromise the fairness of the program — elia reserves the right to revoke points, adjust membership tiers, or terminate membership
  
  
• Whether redeemed rewards can be combined with other promotions depends on the terms of each individual campaign
  

Program Adjustments

elia reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate this membership program and its associated benefits at any time.

Any changes will take effect after being announced on the official website.
