Delivery Methods (Taiwan)

We currently provide the following shipping options for orders within Taiwan:

  • Convenience Store Pickup

    • Partnered stores: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart (all branches, including outlying islands).

    • Store-to-store delivery service available.

  • Postal Delivery

    • Shipped via Chunghwa Post.

    • Available for both Taiwan main island and outlying islands.

Delivery Time & Regions (Taiwan)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: Approx. 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Postal Delivery: Approx. 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

International Shipping 🌍

  • We offer worldwide shipping via Chunghwa Post International or partnered global couriers.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days, depending on country and customs clearance.

  • Shipping fees: Amounts listed are in New Taiwan Dollars.

  • International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Notes

  • Orders will be shipped within 2–4 business days after confirmation (excluding the order date).

  • Shipping schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+8). No shipments on weekends or national holidays.

  • During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays), delivery may take longer.

  • Convenience Store Pickup (Taiwan only): Please collect your package within 7 days after receiving the notification SMS. Uncollected parcels will be returned, and any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Postal/International Delivery: Actual delivery time depends on the logistics provider and local customs process.
